Am I Eligible For NDIS Funding?

If you live in Australia and are born with or acquire a permanent or significant disability, you may be eligible for NDIS funding. You also need to be between the ages of 7 and 65 and be an Australian citizen or hold a permanent residence visa. To qualify for specific supports like home modifications or assistive technology you may require a needs assessment.

    A registered service provider like Altitude Care will provide individualised supports in your day to day life and make sure that your rights are protected at all times. A care provider will liaise with other members of your care team such as your Support Coordinator and Plan Manager, as well as allied health providers and specialists on your behalf so that you receive the best care for your needs.
